The Future Nurses Health Alliance (FNHA) recently held a successful meeting with nurses in Kampala, marking a significant step towards enhancing nursing careers and healthcare delivery. Over 40 nurses from a group of 650 on their WhatsApp platform attended the meeting, showcasing the organization’s growing reach and impact.
A Step Closer to International Opportunities
A key highlight of the meeting was the selection of 25 diploma-holding nurses by FNHA’s quality control team. These nurses have embarked on a German language course, a crucial step towards working in Austria, particularly in Innsbruck. This initiative underscores FNHA’s commitment to bridging the gap between Ugandan nurses and international job opportunities.
